Clinical Research Coordinator

The primary goal of this role is to ensure the successful execution of clinical trials.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing key study documentation, including the Study Protocol;
  • Assisting in the design and preparation of key study and source documentation;
  • Maintaining the Investigator Site file;
  • Ensuring tracking tools are updated with project timelines and communicating changes to relevant stakeholders;
  • Liaising with Clinical Research Associates for monitoring and close-out visits;
  • Liaising with pharmacy and vendors regarding IP management and accountability;
  • Attending project meetings and study coordinator meetings;
  • Participating in on-study activities as required;
  • Ensuring quality control checks are performed on all documentation;

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and regulations. Key qualifications include:

  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent training and experience in health/science disciplines or project management;
  • Current GCP certification;
  • A minimum 2 years of demonstrated experience in clinical research, preferably in similar roles or teams;
  • Effective time management, planning, and organisational skills;
  • Well-developed written and oral communication skills;
  • Proven ability to work accurately and apply strong attention to detail;
  • Demonstrated competence in problem-solving, flexibility, and emotional intelligence;

This is a full-time position requiring flexible hours, including evening and weekend shifts to ensure participant safety and support global customers in various time zones.
