Job Description

- Manage a portfolio of clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Define marketing strategies in collaboration with internal teams.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
- Identify growth opportunities and upsell additional services to clients.
- Provide regular performance updates and insights through reports and presentations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and long-term collaboration.
- Collaborate with creative and media and digital teams to ensure campaigns align with client objectives.
- Resolve client issues promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction

The Successful Applicant

A successful Client Account Manager should have:

- Experience in client-facing roles within marketing or an Account Manager within the media and agency industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies and campaign management.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in using marketing and reporting tools.
- A collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
