We are seeking an experienced Insurable Risk Advisory Manager to lead our team of risk advisors in delivering top-notch insurable risk advice to clients.

This is a leadership role that requires strong communication and relationship-building skills. As the Insurable Risk Advisory Manager, you will be responsible for leading a diverse set of responsibilities, including:

  • Leading a team of risk and insurance professionals in line with organizational values and strategies.
  • Building trusted relationships through empathy and deliver strategic advisory services to clients.
  • Leading client relationship management for various client segments - coordinating, contributing to and reporting on the account management and client service plan process.
  • Delivering strategic advisory services to all client segments.
  • Identifying new ways to connect clients with expertise.
  • Leading and supporting initiatives that will contribute to the delivery of corporate strategy and targets.
  • Working closely with teams to deliver optimal risk transfer arrangements for government entities.
  • Designing and delivering an end-to-end insurable risk advisory service, from needs analysis to insurance placement - helping clients reduce the likelihood and consequences of insurable events.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients. You will also possess a deep understanding of insurable risk and the ability to provide strategic advisory services to clients.
