Overview

Join Insurance House as a Senior Account Manager. This role is part of the integration between Network Insurance Group and Insurance House, forming a stronger, more competitive presence within Steadfast Group. The merger brings together two industry-leading brokerages to better serve clients, insurers, and partners.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our national team and play a key role in managing a diverse client portfolio while mentoring junior brokers and contributing to team success. This role is based at our Melbourne CBD office, reporting to the Branch Manager. You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional client outcomes and supporting the ongoing development of our broking team. Your technical expertise and professionalism will be recognised and valued by clients, colleagues, insurers, and other key partners. Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse client portfolio and deliver exceptional client outcomes.
  • Mentor junior brokers and contribute to team success.
  • Support the ongoing development of the broking team and collaborate with internal stakeholders and insurers to deliver tailored coverage solutions.
  • Build meaningful, long term client relationships through strong broking and client management.
  • Operate from the Melbourne CBD office and report to the Branch Manager.
About You
  • Well rounded and experienced insurance broker with a strong foundation in broking and client management.
  • Confident in delivering tailored coverage solutions and building long term client relationships.
  • Able to solve complex problems and deliver positive outcomes for clients.
  • Strong work ethic, team oriented mindset and natural leadership abilities; capable of mentoring junior brokers and collaborating with internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; committed to sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues.
