Job Opportunity:

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to develop employee knowledge, skills, and capabilities to drive performance and growth. You will lead a small team and work with key partners to deliver high-quality training and coaching to staff and suppliers/partners.

  • Manage the design, development, delivery, and maintenance of training and coaching programs in accordance with standards and compliance obligations.
  • Proactively identify knowledge and skill gaps and develop training programs to resolve them.
  • Provide clear direction, purpose, and context for your team's work, setting clear targets with agreed deliverables and timeframes for each team member.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensuring training records are maintained to meet legislative requirements and company policy.
  • Continuously developing knowledge in the Learning and Development field by participating in networking opportunities, courses, and other learning activities.

We are looking for a confident and passionate individual who is solution-oriented with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in Learning and Development or a relevant equivalent role.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead effective teams and coach and develop others.
  • Broad experience in identifying best training and knowledge management approaches to suit varying needs and achieve measurable, sustainable outcomes.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to establish and maintain strong working relationships.
