Job Opportunity:
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to develop employee knowledge, skills, and capabilities to drive performance and growth. You will lead a small team and work with key partners to deliver high-quality training and coaching to staff and suppliers/partners.
- Manage the design, development, delivery, and maintenance of training and coaching programs in accordance with standards and compliance obligations.
- Proactively identify knowledge and skill gaps and develop training programs to resolve them.
- Provide clear direction, purpose, and context for your team's work, setting clear targets with agreed deliverables and timeframes for each team member.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring training records are maintained to meet legislative requirements and company policy.
- Continuously developing knowledge in the Learning and Development field by participating in networking opportunities, courses, and other learning activities.
We are looking for a confident and passionate individual who is solution-oriented with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in Learning and Development or a relevant equivalent role.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead effective teams and coach and develop others.
- Broad experience in identifying best training and knowledge management approaches to suit varying needs and achieve measurable, sustainable outcomes.
Required Skills Include:
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to establish and maintain strong working relationships.
