We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Performance Development Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying skills gaps and designing strategies to uplift individual and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Skill Identification and Development: Identify skills gaps and design capability development strategies to enhance individual and team performance
  • Coaching and Guidance: Deliver personalized 1:1 coaching to both new and current employees, supporting best practice in injury management and return-to-work outcomes
  • Technical Support: Provide timely and effective guidance and advice on technical processes and service excellence to support day-to-day performance
  • Partnerships and Collaboration: Partner with leaders to assess the impact of coaching initiatives and track ongoing capability progression
About You
  • Communication and Influence: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence employees across the business
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with internal teams, external stakeholders, and industry partners
  • Coaching Experience: Previous experience with coaching and developing other team members, allowing them to reach their full potential
  • Industry Knowledge: Solid background in the workers compensation industry with a comprehensive knowledge of the legislation and frameworks, supported with an understanding of claims management and return-to-work
