About the Role:


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft IT Vendor Alliance Manager to join our team at Canon Business Services ANZ.


This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in building and nurturing strategic vendor partnerships, driving revenue and profitability, and elevating your career in a dynamic and supportive team environment.


As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for leading and growing vital partnerships with top tech vendors, developing and managing business plans, and ensuring their execution flawlessly.


You will also be responsible for cultivating strong connections with key stakeholders in our partner network, providing detailed management reporting on key metrics and initiatives, and identifying and advising on potential new partnerships and alliances that align with our vision.


Additionally, you will oversee contract management, maximize indirect revenue through back-end rebates, cost offsets, and Marketing Development Funds (MDF), and empower our sales force through product education and training sessions.


Our ideal candidate has thrived in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) setting and brings previous experience as a Microsoft Partner Manager, with a minimum of three years in the industry. They possess excellent negotiation skills, a keen attention to detail, and a knack for building strong relationships.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Vendor Strategy & Management: Develop and manage business plans for our strategic alliance partners, driving growth and innovation.
  • Sales Enablement: Empower our sales force through product education and training sessions, including vendor and internal training sessions, certification requirements, and roadmaps.
  • Demand Generation: Collaborate with vendors and marketing to define and drive key demand generation initiatives, identify and leverage key vendor programs to generate leads and opportunities, and create compelling collateral and assets for the sales team.

Salary: AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
