Product Analyst

The role of a Product Analyst involves the day-to-day management of activities relevant to planning, configuration, testing, and implementation of clinical information systems. This includes the maintenance of multiple modules and functions within these systems, ensuring their optimal performance and functionality.

The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting clinical systems, demonstrating strong IT skills to support complex systems. They will also possess organizational skills, able to work in a high-volume environment with a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day activities related to the planning, configuration, testing, and implementation of clinical information systems.
  • Maintain multiple modules and functions within these systems, ensuring their optimal performance and functionality.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, including technical teams, leaders, and customers, to achieve business goals and outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in supporting clinical systems and demonstrating strong IT skills to support complex systems.
  • Organizational skills, able to work in a high-volume environment with a customer-focused approach.
  • Bachelor's degree in ICT or Management or equivalent experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate with stakeholders, negotiate, and influence key stakeholders and customers.
