Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Research Systems Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day functionality of our clinical systems, including CTMS, eTMF, and Vault Safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced support for clinical and IT systems with GxP categorization.
  • Manage user access and user roles for clinical and IT systems.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for clinical users and Application Analysts.
  • Lead UAT testing for system upgrades and new releases.
  • Prepare various reports from clinical and IT systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science or information technology.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical trial systems supporting CRO and/or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
