Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Stockroom Specialist to support day-to-day stockroom operations with logistics, inventory management, and stock to floor service.

The ideal candidate will provide feedback on required resources within the store to achieve all Stockroom Operational needs and deliver a Premium Stockroom Model.

  • Represent the brand and company values in an inspiring and impactful way.
  • Drive compliance with operational directives, processes, policies, and standards within the store back of house.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the store management team by providing consumers with an outstanding experience while meeting or exceeding commercial goals.
  • Meet or exceed sales and profit targets by driving profitability of the store.
Requirements:
  • Experience as a Retail Team Leader in men's/women's apparel or sports footwear.
  • Knowledge of stockroom procedures.
