Membership Team Coordinator

This is your chance to take on a challenging position as a Membership Administrator.
As a key team member, you will be responsible for retaining members through every call and contact made while providing membership administration support.
We're looking for someone who excels at delivering exceptional customer service, who is outgoing and loves engaging with members both face-to-face and over the phone. You'll be a problem-solver, well-organised and self-motivated, with a passion for working in a fast-paced customer sales and retention environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience in customer sales and/or retention environments, with strong customer service and problem-solving skills. They will also have well-developed negotiation and objection handling skills, experience working in a team environment and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Retain members through every call and contact made
- Provide membership administration support
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Solve problems in a fast-paced environment
