Membership Co-ordinator This is a varied role working closely with senior leaders, providing day-to-day support across administration, membership services, and office coordination. Key responsibilities include maintaining and updating the membership database, meeting and greeting members and visitors to the office, preparing and supporting meetings, including catering and logistics, managing office supplies and placing orders, printing, scanning and binding important records, and assisting the leadership team with correspondence, scheduling and records. We are looking for someone who is friendly, professional and reliable, highly organised with strong attention to detail, comfortable using technology and learning new systems, interested in developing a career in administration and membership services, and capable of supporting senior leaders in a respected professional association.
