**Job Title:** Outside of School Hours Care Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced and passionate leader to oversee the day-to-day running of our service. As a vital member of our leadership team, you will lead with heart and integrity – handling administrative responsibilities, supporting and managing staff, and fulfilling the role of Nominated Supervisor to ensure high-quality care and full compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of staff in providing high-quality care and education to children
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Manage administrative tasks and provide support to staff members
- Relevant qualifications and experience in Early Childhood Education or similar industries
- Strong knowledge of industry regulations and standards
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
