Outside Of School Hours Care Manager

Job Opportunity
A dedicated and passionate Coordinator is required to oversee the day-to-day running of an Outside of School Hours Care Service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead with heart and integrity, handling administrative responsibilities and supporting staff.
- Manage staff and fulfill the role of Nominated Supervisor to ensure high-quality care and full compliance.
- Develop and implement programs that promote children's exploration, imagination, and creativity.
Requirements:
- Relevant educational qualifications and experience in leadership roles within Early Childhood Education or similar industries.
- Extensive experience in Early Childhood Care & Education Services and understanding of quality care practices.
- Strong regulatory knowledge, including the Education and Care Services National Regulations, National Quality Framework, and My Time, Our Place Framework.
- Up-to-date knowledge of workplace health and safety legislation and best practices.
- Confidence using digital tools, online platforms, and Child Care Management Systems.
- Completed Child Protection / Child Safe training and strong understanding of safeguarding practices.
