Care Manager

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the day-to-day running of our Outside of School Hours Care service.
The ideal candidate will lead with heart and integrity, handling administrative responsibilities, supporting and managing staff, and ensuring high-quality care and compliance.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the daily operations of the service
- Lead with integrity and passion
- Manage administrative tasks
- Support and develop staff members
- Fulfill the role of Nominated Supervisor
- Relevant educational qualifications and experience in leadership roles within Early Childhood Education or similar industries
- Extensive experience in Early Childhood Care & Education Services and a deep understanding of quality care practices
- A strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards
