Job Description

As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a pivotal role in driving success across our customer brands channel. You will work closely with major retailers and quick-service restaurants (QSRs) to bring commercial tenders and contracts to life.

This is a high-paced role that requires agility and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage contract/tender processes in conjunction with the commercial team.
  • Collate critical inputs such as financials, product samples, factory capability, and timelines to assess commercial viability, capability, and strategic fit for the category.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams and contribute to key internal systems and processes.
  • Daily interaction and communication with key customers, including project timeline, product development, samples, artwork, production, launch requirements, site visits, and other customer requests.
  • Develop commercial plans for the private label channel, working closely with branded category teams to build category growth plans that are mutually beneficial.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience in managing project teams.
  • Experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry, preferably in the food sector.
  • Ability to understand and analyze financials to inform pricing decisions.
  • Experience in developing business strategy.
  • Highly organized with the ability to work at pace.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
