E-commerce Payment Solutions Product Lead

As a seasoned product leader, you will drive innovation in e-commerce payment solutions at Amazon Australia. With a focus on customer experience, you will lead the development of new features and services that enhance the paying customer journey.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a track record of successfully designing and delivering customer-facing functionality. You will partner with key stakeholders to define payment product strategy, work with external partners such as financial institutions, and promote data-driven decision making throughout the team.

This role requires a strong understanding of payment products and services, as well as experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders. You will own various payment products, develop new ones, and influence the development of existing ones.

You will also oversee the reporting of business operations goals, metrics, and dashboards, with a focus on identifying and driving towards operational excellence and continuous performance improvement.

About the Team:
We are a small team of owners who are continuously learning and driving initiatives to improve paying customer experiences.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Own, build, and drive the paying customer experience for Amazon AU.
- Partner with key stakeholders to define payment product strategy.
- Work with external partners such as financial institutions for payment products offered in partnership with external partners.
- Promote data-driving decision making throughout the team.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience, with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition, end-to-end product delivery, feature delivery, and trade-offs is highly valued. A Master's degree or equivalent is preferred.

Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 per year (dependent on location and experience).
