We are seeking an experienced Speech Therapist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide evidence-based services to individuals with diverse needs.
About the Role:- Assess and develop interventions for children and adults living with disabilities
- Maximize clients' level of function, capacity, and social engagement through NDIS services
- Provide assistive technology assessment, recommendations, and applications
- Document client interactions and progress in a timely manner
- Manage a varied caseload and meet professional expectations
- Build relationships with stakeholders, including therapists, clients, and referral sources
- Work across leading software platforms and online tools
Supporting Our New Graduates: We offer a comprehensive 12-month program to support recent graduates in acquiring the skills needed for a successful career. This program includes weekly supervision, core competency training, group mentoring, mental health support, and opportunities to learn from senior clinicians.
Requirements: To apply, you will need to have or obtain relevant tertiary qualifications, discipline-specific registration, working with children check, NDIS worker screening check, police check, driver's license, car insurance, and professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
