Job Title: Motivational Fitness Coach

Are you passionate about empowering women to achieve their health and fitness goals? We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Motivational Fitness Coach to join our team.

This is a hands-on, people-focused role that requires passion, empathy, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding and supporting members through their workouts while helping them stay accountable to their health goals.

  • Coach members on the Curves circuit
  • Lead energized group classes and deliver Wellness Workshops
  • Provide basic health and nutrition guidance in line with program requirements
  • Foster a welcoming, supportive, and empowering environment for all women
  • Help manage daily club operations and member engagement

Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role. You'll learn how to motivate and coach members, as well as provide guidance on health and wellness.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Certificate III or IV in Fitness (an advantage)
  • First Aid/Perform CPR Certificate
  • Drivers Licence
  • Experience in Marketing and Sales (an advantage)
