This role involves providing exceptional customer service to clients across multiple locations. You will be responsible for attending to client enquiries, booking appointments, and undertaking general administration duties.
Key Responsibilities- Provide proactive customer service to clients through various communication channels.

- Liaise with clients from diverse backgrounds, including those with complex needs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to take ownership of tasks.
- Intermediate/advanced computer literacy and experience with mobile technology.
