Heavy Civil Construction Manager Role Overview

This key position plays a pivotal role in overseeing the operational planning and management of construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing field teams, comprising tradespeople, foremen, and subcontractors.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Planning & Management
  • Lead the field team consisting of Tradespeople, Foreman and Subcontractors
  • Assist in resolving construction problems as required
  • Review of plans and construction drawings
  • Order and schedule deliveries of material
  • Coordinate and monitor subcontractors that impact ZTI's work

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients, sub-contractors, co-workers, and management. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is essential. Additionally, the ability to travel to job sites as needed is a requirement.
