We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as a Product Delivery Director. As a key member of our product delivery team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of innovative products and experiences that captivate millions of customers.

The Product Delivery team works collaboratively across multiple departments, including architecture, development, integration, and test teams, to deliver brilliant products and unmissable entertainment. Your role will involve planning and leading delivery by relevant product, architecture, development, integration, and test teams, owning the delivery relationship with in-house or third-party Application Partner, tracking status of key delivery milestones and dependencies, and providing quality metrics during all stages of release delivery.

About the Role:
  • Leadership and Planning: You will lead the delivery of product releases, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Delivery Relationship Management: You will own the delivery relationship with in-house or third-party Application Partners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration throughout the delivery process.
  • Quality Metrics and Monitoring: You will track and provide quality metrics during all stages of release delivery, ensuring high-quality products are delivered to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and lead delivery by relevant product, architecture, development, integration, and test teams.
  • Owning the delivery relationship with in-house or third-party Application Partner.
  • Tracking status of key delivery milestones and dependencies.
  • Providing quality metrics during all stages of release delivery.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of project and financial planning processes and techniques.
  • Experience with tracking/reporting systems such as JIRA and SmartSheet.
  • Confident engaging at a senior level (HoDs, Directors, and C-suite).
  • Strong relationships with partners across multinational teams.
  • In-depth understanding of the challenges faced throughout the product development lifecycle.
