In this role, you will be key in leading the team and be responsible for delivering key packages of work for the project.
Perth Women and Babies Hospital Webuild is delivering the design and construction of theNew Women and Babies Hospital in Perth, Western Australia.
Commissioned by the Western Australia Government, the project is destined to replace the century-old King Edward Memorial Hospital and will expand the healthcare services for women, children and their families in the State of West Australia, transforming the capacity of two important healthcare campuses: the Fiona Stanley Hospital complex and the Osborne Park Hospital.

Your focus will include: Manage the technical risk and opportunities that present on the project, and lead the development of any innovative and new initiatives or processes that may be trialled on the project Provide support to the Project Manager for any stakeholder management or contractual requirements Act as the representative of the Project Manager as required, including attending meetings with the Client and other stakeholders Consider innovative design options, engineering solutions and value for money initiatives and review for practicality prior to implementation Prepare construction plans and programs for the project in line with project expectations and assist with preparation of site construction budgets and monthly reports Work with the site supervisors to understand how they manage their respective trades and ensure productivity of direct hire and subcontractor employees Monitor construction progress for the area of work against program and budget and report on variances What you will bring to the team: Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering or an associated discipline Construction experience in major projects of $100M+ is essential, with health experience preferred.
