Clough , as part of a joint venture, is delivering the Project Ceres urea plant, a landmark project for Western Australia.
The plant will be the largest in Australia and one of the largest in the world, installing the most sustainable production processes.
The project is expected to generate 2,000 jobs during the construction phase, whilst delivering sustained benefits to the local community through career, training and business opportunities.We are currently searching for a Senior Project Engineer – Heavy Lift to join our team on Project Ceres.

These are just a few words that describe you.ResponsibilitiesOversee the design and engineering of heavy lift operations, including lifting plans, rigging designs, and equipment specifications.Design and develop engineering solutions based on the heavy transport and installation requirements using SPMTs.Perform structural analysis and stress calculations to ensure the integrity of structures during lifting operations.Rigging design, including the selection of appropriate rigging equipment such as slings, shackles and spreader bars.Communicate lifting plans and safety procedures to the rigging crew and other relevant stakeholders.Oversea the setup and execution of rigging operations, ensuring compliance with the rigging plans and safety protocols.Provide technical guidance and support to the rigging crew during lifting operations.Review and approve engineering drawings, specifications, and other project documentation.Lead and manage heavy lift engineering projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines and budgets.Coordinate with project stakeholders.Ensure all heavy lift activities adhere to safety regulations and industry best practices.Report and drive progress against weekly targets and key project milestones.Identify, assess, mitigate, monitor and review issues and risks, as well as opportunities.Our benefitsWe have created an environment that brings out the best in our people.
