We are seeking an Administration Officer to join our team at Nepean Hospital. This is a permanent full-time position that will provide effective and efficient frontline customer service to patients and clients attending clinics, as well as clerical support to clinical teams working in Aged Care and Rehabilitation Service.

  • This role requires demonstrated experience in a clinic setting, including reception duties, phone enquiries, appointment scheduling, and data entry.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as effective interpersonal skills, are essential for this position.
  • The successful candidate will have knowledge of Medicare eligibility and billing practices and be able to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
