Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our frontline Fuel team at our Goonellabah store.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting products and deals, operating point of sale systems, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver brilliant customer service to keep our customers coming back
  • Promote products and fantastic deals in store
  • Operate point of sale and monitor fuel/stock deliveries
  • Ensure safe working environment at all times
  • Maintain effective merchandising and stock control to ensure premium presentation of our stores

Requirements:

  • Previous retail experience preferred to support our store team
  • Confident attitude and energetic approach to every day
  • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Great communicator who is solutions focused
