Job Overview

  • We are seeking an experienced Frontline Support Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional member service, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with cashiers, assist with stock counts, and support the cashier in scanning large items.
  • As a Frontline Support Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless customer experience and maintaining high standards of product presentation and store appearance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to member inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and escalating concerns when necessary.
  • Pack and load orders accurately and safely, adhering to departmental procedures and policies.
  • Assist cashiers with tasks such as stock replenishment, cart management, and retrieving equipment from storage areas.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Support the team in achieving sales targets and promoting products effectively.

Requirements

  • You must be able to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and navigate the store safely.
  • You should be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs.
  • A valid driver's license is not required but you need to be able to retrieve equipment from remote locations occasionally.
