
Strategic Behaviour Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our therapy teams, provide training and supervision, and shape the future of early intervention in the Asia-Pacific region.
As a Program Manager, your primary function will be to plan, develop, and monitor behaviour support service delivery options for clients diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and/or other behavioural and social/communication challenges.
Key Responsibilities- Develop skills-building programs that reflect identified behavioural objectives and ensure treatment fidelity across behaviour technicians and behaviour support practitioners.
- Implement treatment plans, document contacts and observations, and use professional knowledge and independent judgment to strategise continuous improvements.
- Provide training and clinical supervision to behaviour technicians through observation, meetings, performance coaching, and other methods.
- Establish and maintain data measurement, collection, and analysis systems for clients receiving behavioural interventions.
- Maintain appropriate documentation and complete assessments and reports as required.
- A current certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA).
- A Master's degree recognised by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- A minimum of three years' recent experience working with individuals who have ASD and their families.
