Hearth is seeking a passionate Marketing and Content Lead to drive meaningful change in the disability sector.

This newly created full-time role will lead content creation, social media management, and marketing strategy to amplify our brand and connect with stakeholders across Victoria.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content creation: Develop compelling content and campaigns for website, social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), email, and beyond
  • Marketing strategy: Execute campaigns supporting Hearth Home Solution, Supported Independent Living (SIL), and employee value proposition
  • Social media management: Own and drive brand presence and engagement across platforms
  • Website oversight: Maintain website content and SEO to ensure accuracy and alignment with brand messaging
  • Recruitment marketing: Tell story to attract Allied Health professionals, Support Workers, Relationship Managers, and Head Office roles
  • Event coordination: Manage presence at public events, forums, and expos, amplifying impact and reach
  • Stakeholder engagement: Build relationships with external media and community partners to grow brand recognition
  • Performance tracking: Analyse campaign performance and SEO data to continuously optimise strategy

About You:

• Tertiary qualification in Media or Marketing

• 3-4 years' experience as self-starting marketer who is also hands-on with content creation

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to translate complex information into meaningful content

• Proficient with Canva, Adobe Suite, and social media scheduling/SEO tools (e.g. Meta Suite Ad Manager, Google Ads, WordPress)

• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Relationship management skills to engage internal and external stakeholders

• Passionate about working in disability sector and contributing to meaningful outcomes
