Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team to promote excellence and support organizational talent development.
- Develop strategic initiatives and lifecycle management projects to support a competitive and sustainable product portfolio.
- Shape and execute long-term launch strategies to ensure effective pricing, value propositions, and cross-functional alignment.
- Oversee the annual budgeting process to ensure strategic pricing and profitability align with business objectives.
Requirements
- Hold an undergraduate degree in Business, Science, Agriculture, or a related field, with a postgraduate degree in marketing or business.
- Have over 5 years of experience in marketing or business management, including team leadership.
- Be proficient in marketing strategy and commercialization, covering product management, financial analysis, new business development, and product launches.
