About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Coordinator/Supervisor to lead one of our Product Support teams based in Perth. As a Product Support Coordinator, you will work closely with multiple stakeholders to plan new machine commissioning, action requests for time-critical technical support, and work with our Product Company to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure Product Specialists comply with all internal and external SHEQ requirements
  • Manage WIP from quote to invoice
  • Prioritise and allocate Product Specialists to new machine commissioning, new product introductions, field trials and technical support requests
  • Coordinate the scope, planning and delivery of projects related to rotary blasthole drill rigs not limited to product upgrades and technology retrofits
  • Escalate product issues and lead continuous improvement meetings with global business divisions
  • Conduct regular reviews with your team members focused on individual performance, continual development, and growth
Requirements
  • A strong commitment to working safely and looking after your colleagues
  • A mechanical trade background (advantageous)
  • Previous leadership experience within an aligned industry
  • Previous experience working on Epiroc surface drilling products (advantageous)
  • Previous experience working with SAP (advantageous)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A passion to continuously improve
