About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Coordinator/Supervisor to lead one of our Product Support teams based in Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with multiple stakeholders to plan new machine commissioning, action requests for time-critical technical support, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage WIP (work in progress) from quote to invoice, prioritizing and allocating Product Specialists to new machine commissioning, new product introductions, field trials, and technical support requests.
  • Coordinate the scope, planning, and delivery of projects related to rotary blasthole drill rigs, including product upgrades and technology retrofits.
  • Escalate product issues and lead continuous improvement meetings with global business divisions.
  • Conduct regular reviews with team members focused on individual performance, continual development, and growth.
Requirements
  • A strong commitment to working safely and looking after colleagues.
  • A mechanical trade background (advantageous).
  • Previous leadership experience within an aligned industry.
  • Previous experience working on Epiroc surface drilling products (advantageous).
  • Previous experience working with SAP (advantageous).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A passion to continuously improve.
