Job Title

Lead Customer Experience Specialist - Hybrid Role

We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to lead our customer experience team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

This is a hybrid role, working from our Eastern Creek office with flexible working arrangements in place. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and escalated customer enquiries, providing a positive outcome for both customers and the business.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing escalated customer queries
  • Providing reporting and insights to improve customer experience
  • Running daily reports and conducting data analysis via SAP and Excel
  • Liaising with the broader team on pricing and availability
  • Liaising with customers and dispatch to coordinate and follow up deliveries

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience within a manufacturing or distribution environment
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • SAP experience / MS Office 365
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
