The Customer Experience Specialist provides insight into trends that drive strategy and business plans and is vital in responding to customer feedback. You will manage and organise and track communication between customers and relevant departments, improving all customer communication within the business. The Customer Experience Specialist is also vital to major campaigns and projects through communication with clients.

**About the Role**:

- Manage customer feedback from social media, phone and other channels
- Ensure customer complaints are dealt with in a timely manner by working closely with head office and extended operations teams
- Manage and operate customer relationship system
- Implement and Lead customer service strategies to assist in customer satisfaction
- Provide complaint resolution statistics for the business.
- Work with stakeholders to train and uphold customer service standards

**Ideally you will have**:

- Experience and knowledge of restaurant or store operations
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects
- Experience in customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a desire to succeed
- Strong relationship building skills and conflict resolution skills
