As a skilled clinical nursing professional, you will have the opportunity to lead and direct a community nursing team in delivering exceptional patient care. Your primary objectives include:

To succeed in this role, you will require relevant clinical management experience, alongside demonstrated leadership and management skills. You must also be able to negotiate resolutions and manage conflict effectively.

In addition, you will need to possess excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, as well as the ability to evaluate clinical services and drive change.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A current Registered Nurse division 1 Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) registration.
  • Relevant clinical management experience and/or qualifications, with a willingness to complete further education if necessary.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate, manage, and develop nursing staff in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate resolutions and manage conflict.
  • Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate clinical services and drive change.
  • Proven ability to create and maintain a positive workplace culture, articulate and achieve a vision for Community Nursing services.
  • Ability to utilise information technology within various applications and willingness to undertake training.
  • A current Drivers Licence valid within Australia, with a willingness to use it for work purposes.
