In addition, you will need to possess excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, as well as the ability to evaluate clinical services and drive change.

The successful candidate will possess:
- A current Registered Nurse division 1 Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) registration.
- Relevant clinical management experience and/or qualifications, with a willingness to complete further education if necessary.
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate, manage, and develop nursing staff in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate resolutions and manage conflict.
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate clinical services and drive change.
- Proven ability to create and maintain a positive workplace culture, articulate and achieve a vision for Community Nursing services.
- Ability to utilise information technology within various applications and willingness to undertake training.
- A current Drivers Licence valid within Australia, with a willingness to use it for work purposes.
