Senior Nursing Leader Role

This is a senior nursing leadership position that offers an opportunity to provide expert clinical guidance and support to patients and healthcare teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide senior nursing leadership and expertise in developing and implementing clinical practice guidelines and policies.
  • Work closely with healthcare teams to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Lead complex patient care initiatives and provide expert clinical guidance and support to patients and healthcare teams.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse (Division 1).
  • Relevant post-registration qualifications and at least 3 years' experience working in the clinical area of their specified post-graduate qualification.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise and problem solve to manage the complex clinical care needs of patients through the development and use of clinical management plans.
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills with advanced interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
