Key Responsibilities:
- Provide senior nursing leadership and expertise in developing and implementing clinical practice guidelines and policies.
- Work closely with healthcare teams to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions to enhance patient outcomes.
- Lead complex patient care initiatives and provide expert clinical guidance and support to patients and healthcare teams.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse (Division 1).
- Relevant post-registration qualifications and at least 3 years' experience working in the clinical area of their specified post-graduate qualification.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise and problem solve to manage the complex clinical care needs of patients through the development and use of clinical management plans.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills with advanced interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
