Job Title: Clinical Area Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Area Manager to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of clinicians, ensuring they are trained, supported, and held accountable for performance expectations while maintaining clinical standards in delivering quality client outcomes.

This role involves collaborating with managers to develop strategies to enhance a positive, supportive, and inclusive work culture, fostering teamwork and well-being to raise job satisfaction.

You will also be responsible for developing individual clinician career development plans to support clinical growth and caseload development aligning with each team member's clinical and career goals.

A minimum expectation is to maintain a clinical caseload of 21 billable hours per week.

About You:
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed billable hour/KPI expectations
  • Proven ability to maintain clinical standards and positive patient outcomes
  • Ability to develop and implement new strategies and prioritise workloads
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and influencing skills to lead and drive excellence
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive disposition, empathy, and patient manner
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of clinical experience
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Speech Pathology
  • Current SPA membership
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • Current CPR and First Aid Certificate
  • Current Working with Children or willingness to apply for one
  • NDIS Worker Check
  • Satisfactory Police Check
  • Current Medicare Provider Number or capacity to obtain
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as required, including travel across multiple sites
