Job Opportunity

We're seeking a Product Owner with exceptional experience in Merchant Services to drive simplification and velocity in delivery. This role requires the ability to represent the voice of the customer, support technical program delivery teams, and lead success and transformation of episodes/services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end ownership of episodes/services including customer outcomes, revenue, technology, and capabilities.
  • Lead initiative justification supporting appropriate product design and development meeting business/customer requirements.
  • Define, refine, and prioritize business outcome/epic backlog based on quantified value and strategic outcomes engaging key stakeholders gathering feedback removing roadblocks implementing change.
  • Drive inspiration identifying market trends understanding competitors innovation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in a similar Product Owner role within Merchant Services/Payments Acquiring in Financial Services.
  • Experience in Merchant Services exposure to International and Domestic Card Schemes preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of Product Management in Financial Services.
  • Experience identifying and articulating customer needs interpreting complex requirements of external parties.
  • Relentless focus on outcomes excellent stakeholder engagement management skills.
  • Ability developing productive relationships Technology delivery Product function.
  • Knowledge Agile delivery understanding project costing risk management.
