Leading the way in defence solutions, we are seeking a Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth strategy.

The role will be responsible for end-to-end business development lifecycle management, including identifying and pursuing new opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and leading proposal submissions.

Our ideal candidate has a strong track record in sales or business development, preferably in a technical field, and holds current Defence Security Clearance or is eligible to obtain NV1.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with government agencies, military organisations, and prime contractors
  • Collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams to align product offerings with customer needs
  • Negotiating contracts and agreements to secure profitable partnerships
  • Representing the company at industry events and trade shows
  • Providing regular reporting on sales pipeline and performance metrics

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in sales or business development
  • Minimum 10 years of technical experience with customer-facing skills
  • Current Defence Security Clearance (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Experience in the Defence Market and solid communication skills
  • Ability to interpret technical data and manage multiple stakeholders
