About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Reward Consultant to join our Global Reward Advisory team in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our global operating groups with the delivery of reward advice and projects, including the annual remuneration review process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of reward advice and projects, including the annual remuneration review, business hiring, and continuous improvement projects.
  • Forge strong partnerships with stakeholders across Global Reward, HR, and business leaders to support the execution of strategic priorities throughout the reward cycle.
  • Utilize your understanding of market practices, relevant regulations, and remuneration data to consult with the business, providing actionable insights that directly influence our remuneration approach and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant tertiary/professional qualifications in disciplines such as HR, Business/Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to compile, analyze, and interpret data sets, translating them into actionable insights.
  • Confident written and verbal abilities, including proficiency in MS Office products (namely Excel and PowerPoint), allowing you to effectively communicate complex information.
  • Innate curiosity and creative problem-solving skills, enabling you to understand complex business requirements and deliver pragmatic, innovative solutions.
