About the Role

You'll contribute to the development and implementation of our total reward strategy and frameworks, supporting our performance and reward objectives. As a trusted advisor to the business and HR team, you'll provide expert guidance on performance, remuneration, and benefits matters, developing solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and support policies and processes underpinning our contemporary corporate remuneration and benefits framework.
  • Manage cyclical reward programmes and total reward related projects and initiatives.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on remuneration policy and processes, including benchmarking, job evaluation, salary setting, and incentive plans.
