About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the delivery of reward projects and cyclical activities. You'll work closely with our Head of Reward Governance & Performance to analyze and improve processes, benchmark remuneration, and model workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities- Support the cyclical activities of the reward team, including managing timelines, setting up and maintaining key systems, and preparing supporting materials for business leaders and the people team.
- Assist with workforce planning optimization through data analysis, forecasting, and modeling.
- Administer and communicate incentive plans and employee benefits.
- Conduct research and analysis into market practice, internal equity, and external competitiveness to deliver high-quality benchmarking services.
- Collaborate with the PE team to ensure accurate data is maintained within Oracle, including reporting and liaising with the broader people team.
- Contribute to the effective governance of the reward function by assisting with committee and board materials, audit requests, and TPG's annual report.
- Working knowledge of remuneration principles and practices, performance management, and market analysis.
- Experience with data analysis, basic modeling, incentive plan administration, record keeping, and reporting.
- Reward Consultant/Analyst experience working in or consulting for a listed Australian business in a fast-paced reward environment.
- High attention to detail, excellent time management, and organization skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience with Oracle HCM is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate with honesty, respect, authenticity, and humility.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline, together with experience in a related role.
