Admissions Operations Specialist

Mercy Health is hiring an Admissions Coordinator in Oakleigh, VIC. This role plays a pivotal part in optimising occupancy and delivering a seamless customer experience throughout the aged care admissions process.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in aged care sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. They will ensure every admission is smooth and compliant, communicating clearly with families, residents, and referrers, and embodying Mercy Health’s values of integrity, compassion, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver warm and responsive customer service to families, residents, and referrers
- Confidently manage the full admissions journey—from enquiry to signed agreement
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail in contracts and paperwork to ensure smooth transitions and reduce financial risk
- A current Police Record Check
- Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders
You possess excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to supporting residents and their families during significant life transitions. Your ability to build trusted relationships with families and referrers makes you a key contributor to occupancy growth and service excellence.
