About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Admissions Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the admissions process and contributing to the growth and development of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional support to students, staff, and stakeholders through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of applications, documents, and other related tasks.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree with subsequent relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate future requirements and to analyse problems and identify solutions which might require rethinking and adaptation of policies and procedures as part of a continuous process improvement.
  • Sound knowledge of the Australian tertiary education context, particularly in relation to postgraduate research education and research administration.
