
ANZ Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Regional Commercial Manager to play a key role in driving sustained growth in our ANZ businesses.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Define the strategic direction for our ANZ operations to drive revenue growth and long-term success.
- Develop, deliver, and execute regional business plans to ensure commercial and financial targets are met.
- Provide leadership to teams, manage budgets, and achieve key goals and targets aligned to the strategy.
- Leverage financial acumen to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Monitor annual, quarterly, and monthly targets for the region and ensure delivery of commercial and financial results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related fields.
- 10+ years' experience in business development, contract negotiations, general business management, and minimum of 5 years of people leadership experience.
- Proven track record delivering complex business cases and tangible action plans.
- Proven ability to successfully deliver results in a fast-paced high growth environment.
- Direct experience in implementing and developing distributor programs.
- Proven ability to influence and coach a team.
- Previous experience in the Powersport or Automotive industry in the Australian/New Zealand market.
- Strong Leadership and excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Result-oriented and driven for success.
- Fluent in English and Asian languages are considered an asset.
