Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee gaming performance and ensure electronic gaming machines and facilities comply with regulations at all sites.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role within the industry, with strong problem-solving skills, analytical capabilities, and attention to detail.

Duties include:

  1. Managing daily reconciliations and analysing variances
  2. Preparing monthly reports on gaming product performance
  3. Providing recommendations for new products and conversion plans
  4. Overseeing installation plans across the organisation
  5. Identifying suspicious behaviour and risk factors
  6. Liaising with gaming manufacturers for updated products and technology
  7. Maintaining up-to-date gaming floor layouts
  8. Advising on gaming-related queries
  9. Ensuring records are kept according to regulatory requirements
  10. Contributing to compliance improvements
  11. Ensuring relevant legislation compliance
  12. Managing self-exclusion obligations
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful, you will have:

  • Prior experience in a similar role within the industry
  • Experience with Aristocrat System 7000 is highly desirable
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical capabilities, and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation
  • Positive attitude and teamwork skills
  • High level of professionalism with sensitivity to confidential issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Current relevant competency card
