We are seeking a skilled Electronic Gaming Team Member to join our team.

This is a key role in shaping the success of our Electronic Gaming Team, working collaboratively with a large and diverse team to deliver exceptional experiences for our guests.

As an Electronic Gaming Team Member, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service and providing a positive and memorable guest experience through proactively engaging with our guests.

This role requires a customer centric background, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will also need to be able to work on a rotating roster including late nights and public holidays.

About this role:

  • Maintain a high level of customer service and provide a positive and memorable guest experience
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to achieve established service standards and repeat business
  • Ensure that gaming areas are consistently clean, organised, and well-maintained
  • Monitor gaming activities are compliant with our establishment's policies
  • Promote and provide feedback on all customer and guest related service programs
