We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electronic Gaming Machine Technician (EGM) to join our team in Smithfield. This role involves the installation, repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of EGMs, with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional customer service. The successful candidate must hold a valid technician license and will have opportunities for career growth within the business.

Responsibilities
  • Perform installations, servicing, and refurbishment of EGMs in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Troubleshoot and repair EGMs efficiently to minimise downtime.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to venues.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure smooth operations and high client satisfaction.
  • Stay up to date with industry standards, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
  • Valid technician license for EGM installation and maintenance.
  • Proven experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining EGMs and Link Hardware.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proactive, reliable, and motivated.
