This is a truly exciting opportunity for a passionate, technically-minded professional to join our team as a Gaming Machine Service Technician based in Canley Vale.

What You'll Do:

  • Complete preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on the full range of Gaming equipment
  • Installation and removal of gaming product
  • Ensure electronic job system and paperwork is completed real time/on time and with 100% accuracy.
  • Provide technical and product information to customers to increase their knowledge.
  • Provide a high level of customer service and exceed customer expectations.
  • Ensure all activities meet compliance and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Trusted self-starter with a logical thinking approach
  • Coachable, quick learner and an absolute people person
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Enjoy interacting with customers with the ability to build great relations
  • Ability to work both unsupervised and as part of a team
  • Practical mindset and ability to think on your feet
  • Interest in Gaming Machines would be an advantage
  • Enjoy the challenge of fault finding to quickly diagnose and rectify at pace
