Job Description

As a pivotal leader in the Electronic Gaming team, you will play a critical role in shaping the success of our operations. Reporting to the Director of Gaming Machines Operations, this leadership position offers an exceptional opportunity to lead and inspire your team, providing a positive and memorable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the Director and other Gaming Managers to oversee the daily gaming operations and drive business results.
  • Motivating and engaging team members to continuously improve and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Promoting a positive working relationship across the team and fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
  • Ensuring the integrity of gaming machine operations and maintaining high standards of professionalism.
  • Fostering a culture where team members achieve their career goals and contribute to the company's success.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience ideally in the Casino Industry, with a proven track record of success in leading teams and driving business results.
  • Excellent relationship building skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Strong understanding of casino rules, regulations, and reporting requirements, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant policies and procedures.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups of people, including team members, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and dedication to maintaining game integrity, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.
